Once a year, we gather to review and celebrate life at Seneca Presbyterian from the past year and look forward to the coming year. Since our budget year runs from July 1 to June 30, our Annual Meeting is traditionally held on the last Sunday of August. At that time, our Annual Report is made available to the congregation. We also elect officers - Ruling Elders, Deacons, and a Trustee - at that meeting. Because it is an important time for the congregation to meet together, we usually plan a combined service for that Sunday. Our combined services begin at 10:30 a.m.
The Annual Report includes updates from every aspect of church life: the Session, our finances, our endowments, our classes, our committees, and any special events that happened during the year.
